The management of systems within an organization goes of course alongside the design of the system. Implementation of any system and plan takes diligence, attention to detail and ensuring a strong feedback mechanism is in place to monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the system. This module looks at the various issues involved in implementation of systems and in particular as they relate to quality control and quality assurance. By the end of the module students will be familiar with the issues around quality systems and will be competent to put such systems in place
